Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Support planning and logistics for all event formats including private classes, corporate offsites, private events, and internal socials.
  • Coordinate execution of all events and activations, including onsite support, signage setup, brand materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as point of contact for clients from onboarding through event execution, delivering seamless and premium experiences.
  • Assist in developing and executing brand partnership proposals and campaign rollouts that align with business goals.
  • Maintain event calendars, CRM pipelines, and follow ups, ensuring communication and documentation are consistently updated.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for corporate membership program including tracking enrollment and assisting with quarterly audits.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to execute flawless, on brand events.
  • Own client communications and follow ups for inbound event leads, helping move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Coordinate vendor quotes, bookings, and day of logistics for third party services like catering, rentals, photographers, and DJs.
  • Support internal programming such as DEI events, team socials, and companywide celebrations.
  • Track KPIs and event performance; assist with post event reporting and recaps.
  • Identify and surface opportunities for future partnerships, collaborations, and popups that align with S&T’s brand and community.

About You

  • 1–2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or a client facing role — ideally in a high volume or fast paced environment.

  • Confident communicator — you’re equally comfortable writing emails, presenting ideas, and managing live event logistics.
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • A problem solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and loves bringing polished experiences to life.
  • Comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and communicating with leadership.
